COVID-19 UPDATE

In accordance with recommendations from the governor, LCP&P will begin seeing a few patients in the office starting 4/29/20. In-office patients will need to bring a protective mask. Procedures will tentatively resume in early May. Most patients will be asked to wait in their cars after checking in at the front desk.

Continuing in May, most routine office visits will be completed by computer or telephone. Any patient wishing to be seen in the office will need to call (606) 260-8345 to arrange a

face-to-face visit.  If you are having problems with your medication, increased pain, or a new problem please contact the office to determine how your next appointment should be completed. Select patients may be required to present to the office for their visit due to drug screening or other testing.

We expect to resume new patient visits in the near future and will be contacting our referrals to make an appointment.  Going forward, new patient paperwork can be downloaded, emailed, or mailed to the patient and will need to be completed before a new patient can be seen in the office.

Procedures including EMG/NCS, acupuncture, and injections are part of the "Phase 2" reopening plan for medical offices and should resume in May. If you feel that your condition threatens your independence or ability to do basic activities, please contact the office for further guidance.

All patients entering the office will be screened for COVID-19 symptoms and fever. Patients with a fever or active respiratory symptoms will not be seen in the office and will be directed to the nearest COVID-19 testing center. For everyone's safety, please wear a mask or other face covering if you are being seen in the office. This will need to remain on your face during the entire time you are present in the office.

Patient Testimonies

"I have been in pain management for 10 years.  I have seen several pain doctors and several back doctors. I have also had several injections in my back.  A few months ago I started seeing Dr. Richardson.  I could tell by the way she listened to me that she was determined to find a way to treat me.  Within the last 4 months, my pain levels that were previously 9/10 have decreased to 2-3/10.  This has significantly changed my quality of life for the better.  I am truly thankful to Dr. Richardson and her staff and would recommend her to anyone looking for relief"  - G.D.

"The treatment Dr. Richardson has done for me has been great.  She will not give up until she diagnoses the problem." - D.M.
